0. Current status
This site is informational. It has no account sign-up, no forms, and no payment flow — we collect no personal information from visitors beyond the basic server and hosting logs described below. If you email us, we hold that correspondence in order to reply. Sections 1 and 2 describe what the service will collect once it launches.
1. Information the service will collect
- You give us: your email address, the merchant you want to pay, the amount, and optionally what you are buying.
- Payment data: card details will be collected and processed directly by our payment partner. We do not store full card numbers on our servers.
- Automatically: basic device, log, and usage data to operate and secure the service.
- Verification data: where required by law or to prevent fraud, we may collect identity information.
2. How the service will use it
- To process your funding and provide your virtual payment card, and to email you your card link and transaction updates.
- To prevent fraud and comply with legal and financial-crime rules.
- To provide support and improve the service.
3. Who we share it with
We share data only with service providers that make the product work:
- Resend — transactional email delivery.
- Once the service launches, our payment processing and card-issuing partners. Those partners have not been selected yet; this policy will name them before any payment is processed.
- Our hosting and infrastructure providers.
- Law enforcement or regulators where legally required.
We do not sell your personal information.
4. Data retention
We keep transaction records as long as needed to run the service and to meet legal, tax, and anti-money-laundering obligations, then delete or anonymize them.
5. Security
Card details are handled by PCI-compliant partners and rendered in secure frames that bypass our servers. We use encryption in transit and access controls, but no system is perfectly secure.
6. Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, or delete your personal data, or to object to certain processing. Contact us to exercise them.
